During my stay, I faced significant communication issues with the front desk staff, which made simple requests feel daunting. For instance, I waited over an hour for room service and felt completely overlooked when I sought assistance. Additionally, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming at times, with a cramped lobby, and I had issues with my room's air conditioning that persisted throughout the night, leaving me uncomfortable and frustrated.

Great massages and a lovely outdoor pool, but the gym was quite small.

Enjoying breakfast with fresh and seasonal products was a highlight, especially given the comforting atmosphere created by the friendly staff. However, the service at the restaurant was disappointing. each morning, attention was lacking, and room service could take an infuriating two hours to deliver orders.

I had an amazing stay! The bed in my Queen Room with Balcony was super comfortable. The rooftop view was awesome, and the sauna was a nice touch. I loved the beautiful stained glass in the bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, especially on Easter!

My stay at casa habita was very nice! The staff went above and beyond, especially israel at the front desk. The luxurious rooms and the fantastic breakfast exceeded my expectations during this city holiday.
